Position Title: Treasurer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasurer to join our accounting & finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing financial resources, supervising accounts payables & accounts receivables, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various entities and multiple banks.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury Management:

  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow activities to ensure liquidity and optimal cash utilization.
  • Analyze and forecast cash flow positions, borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
  • Assist in the preparation of cash flow reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Review and sign checks for each entity weekly.
  • Complete monthly accounting allocations and maintain appropriate intercompany balances.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective treasury strategies.
  • Evaluate and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Support various audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervisor of accounts payable & accounts receivable clerk at the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Report financial insights to executive management.
  • Maintain banking relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
