Position Title: Executive Assistant/HR Administrator

Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant/HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team while managing key human resources activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Process credit card transactions for the management team.
- Process payroll expense reimbursements.
- Record meeting minutes when required.
- Act as liaison for IT issues.
- Manage WEX, BESTPASS Account and Corporate Cell Phone Program.
- Maintain confidential files and records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Administration:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, benefits documentation, and compliance reports.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Act as liaison for Employee Services Corp.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive support and/or HR administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office technologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
